The 3.0 EcoBlue V6 engine kicks out a whopping 600Nm of torque, or you can specify the more efficient and cheaper 2.0 EcoBlue for up to 500Nm, both controlled through the new E-Shifter with a slick 10-speed gearbox. Mechanical improvements include a better approach angle and outboard for better off-road articulation, and an upgraded chassis.
Trims include XL, XLT, Wildtrak, Platinum and Raptor. There are also more than 10 driving aids available, like a 360 camera to make parking a breeze and Adaptive Cruise Control to take the edge off motorways. The fresh design includes distinctive C-shape LED daytime running lights and a large 10.1” or 12” touchscreen in the centre console with SYNC 4. The high-tech cockpit is a work of art, and the double cab model has space for five people. With the FordPass app, you can also remote start and lock and unlock your Ranger.
